Win My First Book: Never Resist Temptation

I'm off on vacation and won't be around much for a couple of weeks. While I'm gone, enter to win a signed copy of my very first book, NEVER RESIST TEMPTATION. It's got a chick in pants, a hot hero, a murder, and lots of delicious desserts - the heroine is a pastry chef. See all the details here.

To enter, tell me your favorite dessert, either in the comments (include your email address) or through my  contest entry form. I’ll select the winner at random when I get home - no sooner than October 4th.

Contest ends October 4, 2011 or whenever I say so.  Void where prohibited. Open to US or Canadian residents only. Not responsible for hardened arteries or weight gain.

I love the cover of your book- very hot. Good choice with the purple color. My favorite dessert is a tie between German Chocolate cake and Carrot cake.

Have a great vacation.

Miranda -
I adored this story and read it when it was first released. I love to bake and loved Jacobin's story.

My favorite dessert is Cherry covered cheesecake! I got the "secret" family receipe from a friend who I was working with and she had to get up at 2:00 am and copy it and then sneak it out of the house. It was developed by her great-great grandmother and is a thick heavy cheesecake and will definately ruin any diet plans you may have. It takes several hours to make between preparation and the final presentation but is definately worth the time and effort.

I had to promise her that I would never "share" the receipe so my sons and their families are often found sneaking into my receipe collections when they visit so they can be known as the one who "discovered" all the secrets!

My favourite dessert would be fondant chocolate cake, followed by angel pie as a very close second.

I have to agree on the cover choice as well, love the purple dress. I would love to get this one since I haven't been able to find it in any of the books store near home. Still trying though!

My ALL time favorite dessert has be Coconut Custard Cake. I love coconut. It may not be the best thing for you BUT I indulge in it every now and again. Which means maybe 3-4 times a year. LOL. I can't help it I love the texture, and the flavor of coconut and the scent. Reminds me of the beach and the tropics. Never been to a tropical island so the scent of a coconut brings me there. Makes me smile.

My very favorite dessert is coconut meringue pie. Sadly (or perhaps fortunately) I don't have opportunities to enjoy it very often--probably less than once per year. On the other hand, that ensures it is a "special treat."

Love the cover of the book because purple is my favorite color and who doesn't love a hot guy?!?

My favorite desert(s) are seasonal. In summer my ultimate favorite is Angel Food Cake with fresh strawberries/blueberries and fresh whipping cream or Creme Brulee in the fall/winter, there is something about homemade custard, cracking into the wonderful sugar topping yummy : )

My favorite dessert is chocolate pie but it can't be just any chocolate pie. My grandmother, who does not even like chocolate, makes the best chocolate pie in the world. I would really love to have this book!

Congrats to our winner Alisa from North Dakota. Thanks all for entering - and making me hungry with all your yummy suggested treats. However, I'm back from vacation so I need to do a bit of dieting!
